This area is NEW!!! It is LAW. The first 5' extending outward on a horizontal plain from the exterior wall surface including decks/patios shall be free of combustible materials. This means to remove existing plants, vegetation, trees (if trunk is located within the 5' zone), bark, mulch, WOOD FENCING!! Please contact the Fire Marshal to schedule an onsite inspection to identify Hazards and Risks. A detailed report will be prepared with a color map to show the areas of cconcern.
