Recreational Fire - Chimnea

In accordance with the California Fire Code Section 37.4.3 - Portable Outdoor Fireplaces:

Portable outdoor fireplaces shall be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and shall not be operated within 15 feet of a structure of combustible material.

Exception: Portable outdoor fireplaces used at one and two-family dwellings.

Note:

A charged garden hose shall be present at all times.
An adult shall be present at all times and fire pit shall be supervised at all times.
The flame shall not exceed two feet in height above the top of the chimnea.
The burning of house hold trash or waste matter is PROHIBITED.
